Dan Maine, MD of DJM Aerial Solutions said, “I came into the industry around 2 years ago after spending 20 years either at Sea or on various sites around the world, I decided that I’d had my fill of traveling and needed a solution to combine my experience in Engineering and my passion for new technology, I’d always had drones and cameras and decided that there was a definitive gap in the market in the Teesvalley region for remote inspection using drone technology.”
Teesvalley drone company DJM Aerial Solutions although relatively young in comparison to the industry leaders have lead the way in the Teesvalley region offering a full range of services including Aerial Thermography of site assets to photographic condition survey of infrastructure. Both services were attractive towards industrial gas process giant BOC who chose DJM off the back of a recommendation from another Teesvalley business R & A Kay Inspection
Dan Maine mentioned,” Our USP is based on our engineering background within the industry, we understand what is in front of the camera, we have the skill set to be able to analyze any issues and report on any remedial requirements. This is tantamount to any inspection work. BOC have, of course, recognised our strength in this remit and we are delighted to have involvement in rolling out their UAV inspection work”
